A strip out and Category A and B fit out while the tenant remained in occupation required careful planning and use of swing space throughout several phases of work.
A new raised access floor, fire alarm and lighting systems were introduced as a template for future works in this owner occupied building with multiple uses including cinema spaces and a public library.
