Our process is broken down into three stages as follows:
Our occupier related clients need to know how much space they require from day one and in the foreseeable future, how much it will cost them to fit out or refurbish a building, how long it will take and how this can be achieved with minimum disruption to their ongoing business. Working with our highly experienced team we can provide these answers quickly and accurately enabling companies to go ahead and commit to long term property and capital decisions. Deliverables would include: The Space Audit, Organisational Charts, provision of 2D layouts and 3D images, a complete IT Overview, a detailed Cost Plan with overlay Critical Path and a Project Programme/ Implementation plan.
This is where Future commits to delivering a project, within a fully tendered process accepting complete financial and contractual responsibility for any fitting out or refurbishment works. This would be undertaken as a single point of accountability, representing the client's interests at all times.
We offer post project workplace support, designed specifically for our client's individual needs to ensure the effective ongoing performance of their new space until they are ready for their next move.
